At GrateDeals, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns, refunds, or exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To qualify, items must be: - 
Unused and in original condition.

Packaged with all accessories, tags, and manuals.

Non-returnable items: - 
Used, altered, or customer-damaged products.

2. Refund Process

After receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times vary by bank).

Partial or no refund may apply if the item is used/damaged. 
3. Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Items)

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to: - 
A defective/damaged product.

An error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. 
5. How to Return an Item
