At GrateDeals, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns, refunds, or exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • To qualify, items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition.

    • Packaged with all accessories, tags, and manuals.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Used, altered, or customer-damaged products.

    • Gift cards.

2. Refund Process

  • After receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times vary by bank).

  • Partial or no refund may apply if the item is used/damaged.

3. Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Items)

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to:

    • A defective/damaged product.

    • An error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.

5. How to Return an Item

6. Delayed/Missing Refunds?

  • Check your bank account first (delays are common).
